The company is looking for qualified and competent candidates to fill various sales positions as follows:
1.Position: Distribution Sales Representatives (5 Posts)
Job Purpose: The Position is aimed to have distribution sales representatives who will be responsible to sales company products to our market as per assigned routes and targets
Report Line: Report to Sales Supervisor
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Holder of Advanced Secondary Education, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
· Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales at reputable sales company
· Posses good communications skills & good command of language
· High level of customer care with Higher integrity
DUTIES:
1. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
2. Identifying the unexplored areas of business and trying techniques to explore the same and bring profit out of it.
3. Managing Sales and distributor across market. Forecast – preparation of detailed sales of market.
4. Providing complete assistance to the outlets/ dealers, channel Management (Distributors, Dealers , Retailers, Product Placement)
5. Ensuring faster TAT to the Dealers/ Retailers for their requirements to ensure satisfaction, particularly in issues pertaining to customer service, marketing and logistics.
6. Identifying distribution gaps and plan new distributors/retailer’s appointment for expanding the channel network.
2.Job Position: Sales Representatives (Bajaji Driving) – 5 Posts
Job Purpose: The position aimed to have competent sales representatives who will be responsible to sale and supply market products to our customers and clients through driving/using Bajaji
Report Line: Report to Sales Supervisor
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Holder of Advanced Secondary Education, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
· MUSTHave Valid Driving License with ability to drive Bajaji
· Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales at reputable sales company
· Posses good communications skills & good command of language
· High level of customer care with Higher integrity
DUTIES
1. Sale and distribute goods to customers in assigned territory or route using bajaji
2. Driving bajaji safely while observing traffic road regulations
3. Collection of sales cash from customers and ensure proper submission to the company
4. Meeting the target of sales as assigned by the company management
5. Monitor performance of distributor/ retailer and take corrective actions.
6. Quarterly reconciliation of distributor/ retailer
3.Job Position: Sales Representative (Van/Pick up driving) – 5 Posts
Job Purpose: The holder of positions will be responsible to drive, sale and distribute the goods to our customers and clients shops using vans/pick ups
Report Line: Report to Sales Supervisor
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Holder of Advanced Secondary Education, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
· MUSTHave Valid Driving License with ability to drive Van(Pick up)
· Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales at reputable sales company
· Posses good communications skills & good command of language
· High level of customer care with Higher integrity
DUTIES:
1. Carry, Sale and distribution of goods to company customers and shops using van
2. Respond to sales orders received from our customers and ensure timely loading of goods and supply
3. Collection of sales cash from customers and submit to the company
4. Ensure safety of goods and stock on the van
5. Driving the van safely and in accordance with traffic road regulations
6. Ensure proper maintenance of vehicle and keep it in good condition
7. Tracking of Market / Channel Inventory segment wise.
8. Share information of stock movement and order requirement with the distributor / retailer replenishment at the retail counters.
9. Share product, price and schemes with distributors and retailers on a timely basis.
4.Job Position: Sales Representatives ( Bodaboda Driving) – 5 Posts
Job Purpose: The holder of positions will be responsible to ride motorcycle, sale and distribute the goods to our customers ‘shops in the assigned routes using bodaboda
Report Line: Report to Sales Supervisor
· Holder of Advanced Secondary Education, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
· MUSTHave Valid Driving License with ability to drive motorcycle (bodaboda)
· Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales at reputable sales company
· Posses good communications skills & good command of language
· High level of customer care with Higher integrity
DUTIES:
1. Perform sales and distribution of goods to customers and shops in assigned routes including remote areas where van cannot access
2. Ensure timely delivery of goods to those customers shops and collect sales cash
3. Source and collect orders from clients and ensure order are complied by timely distribution of goods
4. Maintain good condition of the motorcycle
5. Ensure compliance with sales instructions and set targets
6. Inventory and stock management (stock planning, liquidation of edging and discounted stock)
