Job Opportunity at TJL Company Ltd, Accountant
The main duties and responsibilities shall be to:
- Regular perform accounting transactions such as debit/credit notes, payroll transfers, cash outflows, and cash management
- Regular reconciliation of the TJL Company Ltd accounts
- Ensuring a control system of TJL Company Ltd funds and liquidities
- Preparation of payments for services and other payables due
- Preparation of payroll
- Preparation of payments of national security funds such as NSSF
- Production and distribution of financial reports and supporting documents
- Ensuring the financial document management system is current and properly maintained (opening, closing, classification, access control, circulation, filing)
- Preparation of budget and ensuring effective tracking, verification and reporting of budget variances
- Performing cash flow management by ensuring payment of invoices and expense accounts and ordering of materials and office supplies
- Assist in the audit of the TJL Company Limited Financial Statements
- Performance of any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is a must
- Holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting IT systems
- At least two years’ experience in accounting field
- Candidates with experience in transportation/logistics will be given an added advantage
